Outstandingly accommodating staff at reception desk and the room was great-sized. The hotel had a central setting set in large gated area. Plus, it was near to Tours center, a beautiful park, and the Chateau Belmont a 100 Euro.

We ate in the really nice restaurant for dinner which was well priced. Plus it had a wonderful view of lovely gardens.

The property is exceptionally clean; a nice size and air conditioned rooms; comfortable bed. The continental breakfast is the best. Well-trained and competent staff at reception desk, everything is very comfortable.

This budget hotel is equal to 4 stars. The rooms are reasonably large and newly remodelled and have particularly nice views at the garden. The location is stunning, 2 km from a Roman Catholic church. Would stay again in this peaceful area. It includes excellent restaurant with good local wine list.

Appreciated the location, it was excellent and beautiful right by the old market place, the centre and close to the many cites. The staff members were well-trained and suggested local places.

The hotel was romantic and clean, with extremely friendly staff especially from the receptionist. I appreciated the large rooms with comfortable beds. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and terry robes was a bonus.

The breakfast was average, I think it could be much better.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

The location was stunning and beautiful, for example, an extraordinary museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. An old market and a market were right next door. The restaurant was excellent for dinner, I tried rich dishes. The view at the garden from the window was particularly nice.

Shame the bathroom was not clean.

Well priced place, had a really good stay of the Bordeaux visit. The setting was perfect, next to the town center as well as a bus terminal and train station. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Jardin Des Prebendes. The food was good, had a huge variety of options. Appreciated this low-budget hotel, can't recommend highly enough.
